Enjoy your own personal VIP car collection experience at the world’s largest vehicle delivery centre. After all, there’s always something magical about the moment you see your new car for the first time. We share your delight at your new addition to the family. We’ll also share all our know-how and expertise with you before your first drive in your new car.

Arrive and register

Today is your big day! When you arrive at the Autostadt, we look forward to welcoming you and showing you the way to our "Abholerwelt". There you register, receive your tickets and all the information for your pick-up day.

Your vehicle handover

It's time! You are logged in, have looked around and can't wait to finally see your dream car live for the first time. To do this, go to the customer center, the magical place of handover. Before that happens, you can also take a look at current Volkswagen models here or familiarize yourself with "We Connect" or take another deep breath in our waiting lounge before your name appears on the large display board and we accompany you to your new car.
Note: We Connect can only be set up on site if the person collecting the car already has a Volkswagen ID.

Get-to-know-you round

Take your first little trip on our driving experience "Ausfahrt". You drive directly from our customer center onto the protected test track. Here you can get to know your new car and familiarize yourself with its functions.
