2. Get best-in-class expert advice

Your new car is digitally connected and equipped with state-of-the-art technology as well as numerous assistants. Our employees are professionals who are specially trained on your vehicle. Familiarise yourself with the controls and get the initial thrill and uncertainty out of the way.

3. Pick up your car at Volkswagen Headquarters

It’s your “baby”, right from the start: You start out into a joint future in Wolfsburg, the birthplace of Volkswagen. You get an insight into how new Volkswagen cars are produced in a Factory Tour! We will also show you where vehicles are stored before handover in an ascent in one of our glass Car Towers. You will then receive your individual on-off vehicle in our Customer Centre.

4. Discover a gigantic theme park

Explore a beautiful park and lagoon landscape and relax a little before you get in your new vehicle and feel that acceleration for the first time. Amazing attractions await you on a site that is as large as 39 football pitches and five times as large as the Louvre Museum in Paris.

Whether you’re an architecture enthusiast, innovation seeker, gourmet, car fan, nature lover, culture enthusiast, or just feeling inquisitive or adventurous: thrilling attractions await all in the Autostadt, regardless of age.

In the Autostadt, action fans get their money’s worth! Pure thrills await on our climbing installation and giant slide tower, with our virtual racing simulator, or in an all-wheel drive vehicle for some off-road driving training.

The shopping paradise “Designer Outlets Wolfsburg” and the experimental Phaeno landscape are directly opposite the Autostadt, and the Volkswagen Arena, Wolfsburg Castle, and Volkswagen Museum are within walking distance. So feel free to give yourself a little more time.
