We welcome you as a guest to our theme park and extracurricular learning centre – one of Germany's most popular tourist destinations. While enjoying your stay at the Autostadt, we kindly ask you to observe our house rules with due consideration to other people and property. Please act responsibly and follow the guidelines of common courtesy.
We hope you enjoy an exciting stay at the Autostadt!
HOUSE RULES FOR THE AUTOSTADT GROUNDS AND PARKING AREAS
These house rules apply to the entire Autostadt site, including all buildings and car parks located (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "site or park area").
PARKING
Please keep in mind that Germany's traffic regulations (StVO) apply to the Autostadt parking areas. To facilitate the flow of traffic in our car parks, kindly follow the instructions of our staff and park your vehicle only in designated areas.
Please note that parking spaces reserved for disabled persons or parents accompanied by children etc. may only be used by those in possession of the appropriate permits. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
The use of our car parks constitutes a separate user agreement. Car park terms and conditions are posted for your information at the car park entrances and on the ticket machines.
TICKETS
During the daily opening hours, usually from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, visitors require a valid admission ticket or an online or mobile phone ticket (hereinafter referred to as "admission ticket"), which they can use to enter the Autostadt site at the designated entrances. Please keep the admission ticket in your possession for the duration of your stay and show it to Autostadt staff on request. The admission ticket is only valid on the day it is activated. Tickets issued for a specific date are only valid on that day and expire thereafter.
Personalised tickets, e.g., online or mobile phone tickets, are not transferable. When using a personalised ticket to enter the Autostadt, you must show an identification document with photo if requested by Autostadt staff. If the photo ID and the personalised ticket do not match, the Autostadt reserves the right to confiscate your ticket and to exercise its domiciliary rights. As a general rule, the Autostadt does not refund admission fees. If a mobile phone ticket is lost, the Autostadt will only provide the booked service if the customer can be clearly identified, and the ticket has not yet been used. This does not constitute any legal entitlement.

We provide lockers on a temporary basis. The use of these lockers is limited to regular Autostadt opening times. Lockers will be opened by staff after closing time. For safety reasons, the locker contents will be removed and stored by the Autostadt security service. This storage is limited to a maximum of two weeks. Valuables will then be forwarded to the City of Wolfsburg lost property office; all other items will be disposed of. Food may not be stored in lockers; any food items found in lockers will be disposed of. The limitations of liability mentioned above apply accordingly.
