Volkswagen special models for the European Football Championship

Just in time for the start of the European Football Championship, three GOAL special models from Volkswagen have moved into our Customer Center: a Volkswagen Golf, an ID.4 and a T-Cross. In keeping with the European Championship, the vehicles are available in black (Grenadilla Black Metallic), red (Kings Red Metallic) and gold (Grape Yellow). In addition to the cars, a foosball table and a goal wall invite football fans to kick around.

„GOAL“ special models

A total of twelve Volkswagen GOAL models will accompany the European Football Championship. All of them have an exclusive equipment package and can be combined with different drive types. The special models can be recognized by the GOAL foiling, among other things. When boarding the vehicles, the GOAL lettering is projected next to the vehicle. The lettering can also be seen prominently on the door sill and on the steering wheel trim. Inside, the seats were equipped in a fabric and leather imitation, the upper material of which is made from up to 100 percent recycled materials.

Volkswagen and the German Football Association (DFB) recently announced that they were extending their partnership until July 31, 2028. The German men's national football team will be advertising the GOAL special models in various TV and social media clips from mid-June. The Minions will also play a role in this: Volkswagen is cooperating with Universal Studios and Illumination Entertainment for the theatrical release of the film "Despicable Me 4", the fourth part of the world's most successful animated film series, which will be released in German cinemas immediately after the European Championship.
