The Code of Conduct is a common set of guidelines that applies to all employees of the Volkswagen Group and thus also to the Autostadt. It is intended to make it easier to follow existing company rules and to provide employees with orientation, help, and advice in their daily work and when making decisions. The focus of our Code of Conduct is each individual’s responsibility to ensure compliance.
